Job summary

Plastic Recycling Inc. is hiring for a Material Handler on 3rd shift (Mon-Fri, 11 PM–7:30 AM) in Indianapolis. The role moves raw materials, recyclables, and finished products through the plant and ensures on-time material delivery and inventory accuracy.

Responsibilities include forklift-based transport, loading/unloading trucks, staging materials per schedule, and maintaining inventory. Safety, organization, and clear communication with teams are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ years of experience in material handling or warehouse operations.
• Ability to operate forklifts and other material handling equipment (certification preferred).
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and lift up to 30 lbs.
