Job summary

GROWSCAPE in Ohio is seeking an experienced Material Handler – Warehouse to keep presses running and the product moving. You will supply corrugate to production, wrap and stage finished pallets, and get them to the distribution center using a forklift.

You will use CMS/RF scanners to receive material, update the ERP, maintain inventory accuracy, and perform post‑production data entry in Mattec while following safety and housekeeping policies.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Forklift experience and ability to become forklift certified.
• Experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment preferred.
• Experience operating tow motors preferred.

Responsibilities

• Transport finished pallets to the DC and load/unload trailers using a forklift/tow motor.
• Inspect, wrap, label, and stage finished pallets in designated areas.
• Supply corrugate to production lines to keep presses running.
• Scan and sort incoming and outgoing materials and product.
• Receive product and locate inventory using CMS/RF scanners; request product if located elsewhere.
• Maintain inventory control, including moving unfound product to "lost" status in CMS.
• Run CMS reports and enter production data in Mattec.
• Adhere to all safety policies and maintain housekeeping standards.

The Material Handler – Warehouse helps to keep the presses running and the product moving! As a Material Handler, you'll supply corrugate to production, wrap and stage finished product pallets and get them to the distribution center using a forklift. You’ll also use a scan gun to update our ERP system (CMS). Accuracy matters here — you'll keep inventory on track, so nothing gets lost in the shuffle. If you like to stay active and own your area, this role is built for you.

Key Responsibilities

• Transport finished pallets to the DC and load/unload trailers using a forklift/tow motor
• Inspect, wrap, label, and stage finished pallets in designated areas
• Supply corrugate to production lines to keep presses running
• Scan and sort incoming and outgoing materials and product
• Use CMS/RF scanners to receive product and locate inventory; request product through supervisor if located elsewhere
• Maintain inventory control, including moving unfound product to "lost" status in CMS
• Complete post-production tasks, including running CMS reports and entering production data in Mattec
• Adhere to all safety policies and maintain housekeeping standards

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
• Have forklift experience, able to get Forklift certified
• Prior experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment strongly preferred
• Prior experience operating tow motors strongly preferred

Physical Requirements
