Job summary

Gilder Search Group in Fairfield, Ohio is seeking a reliable Packaging & Material Handler for the 2nd shift. You will support production by supplying materials, moving items with a forklift, and packaging and staging finished goods for shipment.

The role requires forklift experience (training may be provided), basic math and computer skills, and dependable attendance. Candidates must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and regularly stand, walk, bend, and reach during the shift.

Responsibilities

• Supply production areas with raw materials, containers, pallets, labels, and other required items.
• Use a forklift to move drums, totes and pallets.
• Package finished products.
• Operate packaging equipment.
• Secure, wrap, and stage completed pallets for shipment.
• Complete production, inventory, and material-movement documentation accurately.
• Assist production and warehouse personnel with other duties as needed.

• Pay: $18-22/hr, based on experience and work history
• Location: Fairfield, Ohio
• 40/hr per week
