Modular Mission Critical, the manufacturing campus for M.C. Dean’s modular product line, is seeking a Material Handler 3 to support LEAN production flow at our site near Richmond, VA.

You will deliver materials to lines, respond to Kanban signals, and help keep a safe, organized workspace. The role requires a high school diploma and 4+ years in manufacturing, warehouse, or material handling, plus strong teamwork and reliability.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 4+ years of experience in a manufacturing, warehouse, or material-handling role.
• Strong attention to detail, reliability, and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Deliver materials to production lines according to established schedules.
• Respond quickly and accurately to Kanban signals and replenishment needs.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment.
• Provide feedback to the Coordinator and Manager on process or flow issues.
