Job summary

M.C. Dean's Modular Mission Critical site in Bowling Green, Virginia, is seeking a Material Handler 3 to support the LEAN Marketplace and keep production flowing.

You will deliver materials to production lines, respond to Kanban signals, maintain a safe and organized workspace, and provide feedback to the Coordinator and Manager on process issues. This hands-on role requires lifting up to 50 pounds, working at heights, and a commitment to safety.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 4+ years of experience in manufacturing, warehouse, or material-handling roles.
• Strong attention to detail, reliability, and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Deliver materials to production lines according to established schedules.
• Respond quickly and accurately to Kanban signals and replenishment needs.
