Job summary

Eaton is seeking a Material Handler for the 2nd shift to receive, store and move parts used in transformer products and components. You will operate forklifts and bar code equipment to manage stock, issue parts to production, and deliver kits to assembly lines with a focus on accuracy and safety.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to work in the United States on an ongoing basis without sponsorship.
• Within a 50-mile radius of the work location.

Responsibilities

• Receive parts from vendors and locate them in stock.
• Fill issue requests using bar code equipment and stockroom procedures.
• Process kit lists for Power Lead Assembly, Tanking and Final Assembly.
• Issue kits to production on a timely basis.
• Deliver and relocate parts to production areas as needed.
• Operate narrow-aisle stacker/Jeep and perform basic scale checks.
