Eaton is hiring a Material Handler (Fabrication) for the 2nd shift in Wisconsin. The role involves moving raw and fabricated materials, using forklifts and cranes to support fabrication flow, and ensuring accurate inventory in SAP.

A $2,000 sign-on bonus is offered, with weekly pay and shift differential in the compensation package. The position requires the ability to lift up to 50 lbs, read shop drawings, and work overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to work overtime as needed.
• Able to read shop drawings and process sheets.

Responsibilities

• Issue material from stock and kit materials for release.
• Deliver finished parts within the shop and to interplant areas.
• Manage pallet IDs, stock locations, and daily release parts.
• Operate 5-ton crane and staging areas for material flow.
• Receive, locate, and issue daily release parts to maintain inventory.
• Dispose of scrap and maintain clean stock areas.
• Support warehouse storage and movement of WIP and finished goods.
