Job summary

Eaton, located in South Milwaukee, Wisconsin, is hiring a Material Handler for the 2nd shift. You will help manage material flow and perform assembly tasks in a fast paced manufacturing environment. The compensation starts at 22.50 USD per hour plus a 2.50 USD shift premium.

Hours are 2:30 pm to 10:30 pm, with overtime opportunities and weekly pay. Benefits include health coverage from day one, paid holidays, retirement plans, and educational assistance, along with room for career progression

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• No immigration sponsorship; candidates within 50-mile radius.
• Preferred forklift experience in manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Interface with other departments to manage material flow.
• Operate forklift to sustain material flow for the department.
• Perform a variety of repetitive sub and final assembly operations on standard product lines.
• Follow established working procedures and instructions.
• Meet or exceed quality and quantity standards.
• Keep work area clean and orderly.
• Contribute suggestions for methods or product improvement.
