Job summary

Eaton is seeking a Material Handler for the 2nd shift at our Raleigh, NC location. The role involves supporting manufacturing by planning, storing, and allocating materials to production lines, with emphasis on accuracy and quality. Core hours are 2:30pm–11:00pm.

You will operate RF devices, move materials per production plans, and maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts and regular checks. Forklift competency and safety focus are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED from an accredited institution.
• The ability to work in the United States on an ongoing basis without company sponsorship is required.
• No relocation provided. Candidates must reside within Raleigh, NC area to be considered.

Responsibilities

• Plan, verify, store, organize, and allocate materials.
• Operate hand-held RF units to locate and move material.
• Move material based on production plan and material requests.
• Kit parts and components and distribute to production lines with accuracy.
• Maintain inventory levels and perform cycle counts; monitor inventory.
• Load/unload trucks and inspect material for damage; report irregularities.
