Job summary

Philips is seeking a Material Handler for the 2nd shift at our Ontario, CA facility. The role supports group leads by ensuring correct components are issued for each work order and keeping the line supplied while removing waste. You will interface with warehouse staff to stage components and maintain inventory to prevent delays.

The position runs 2:15pm–10:45pm, Monday through Friday. A high school diploma or GED is required; prior experience is not necessary, but familiarity with manufacturing

• You have a high school diploma, GED or equivalent.
• No experience required, preferably knowledgeable on any of the following manufacturing production environments or material handling.
• You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this Production/Assembler position.

How we work together

We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.

This is an onsite role for 2nd shift.

Philips Transparency Details

The hourly pay range for this position in (Ontario, California) is $18.00 to $27.00, plus overtime eligible and 2nd shift pay differentical.

The actual base pay offered may vary within the posted ranges depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.

In addition, other compensation, such as an annual incentive bonus, sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered.
