Job summary

Philips in Ontario, CA is seeking a Production Operations - Lead 1 (2nd Shift). This onsite role focuses on setting up and operating a machine to assemble and process products while supervising warehouse activities and ensuring adherence to process parameters.

You will supervise kitting, inventory control, shipping, receiving and cycle counts, drive accuracy and timely material movement, train and coach team members, and coordinate with Production, Planning and Quality to drive improvements.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; technical training preferred.
• Forklift and Cherry Picker certification preferred or ability to certify.
• Ability to meet physical, cognitive and environmental requirements for the role.
• Willingness to work second shift and overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Supervise kitting, inventory control, shipping, receiving and cycle counts to ensure smooth warehouse operations.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and support timely material movement across warehouse functions.
• Train, coach and support warehouse team members to promote performance and development.
• Monitor safety, quality, productivity and compliance with warehouse procedures and standards.
• Coordinate with Production, Planning, Quality and other teams; oversee SAP inventory transactions and drive continuous improvement.
