Job summary

RJW Logistics Group is hiring for a warehouse material handler to maintain the shipping and receiving area, operate forklifts and walkie riders, and ensure accurate staging and loading of shipments. The role requires 2–4 years in a warehouse, hands-on experience with Walkie Rider and Reach Trucks, and familiarity with WMS and RF scanners.

Candidates should have a high school diploma or GED and a stable attendance record.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years in a warehouse environment.
• 1 year plus experience on Walkie Rider & Reach.
• Warehousing certifications a plus; HS diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Properly receive, unload, move, and tag incoming parts and equipment.
• Experience with WMS (Warehouse Management Systems) and Lean Warehousing.
• Verify orders are complete and accurate.
• Pick each customer order to minimize shipping costs and ensure product safety.
• Operate material handling equipment (forklifts, walkies) safely per policy.
• Learn day-to-day warehouse operations and work with limited supervision.
