Position Summary

Under general supervision, performs receiving, warehouse, inventory, and shipping functions. The role requires flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment, exhibiting precision, attention to detail, and fostering a positive team environment. Problem-solving skills and process improvement suggestions are expected. Maintaining an organized, safe, and clean warehouse and shipping department is essential.

This position is located in Snoqualmie, WA, and is 100% onsite.

Responsibilities
  • Receive purchase parts and finished goods, storing them appropriately using first-in, first-out principles.
  • Participate in daily inventory verification and reconciliation through cycle counts.
  • Pick and assemble products, supplies, and accessories according to sales orders.
  • Package, label, and prepare orders for shipment, ensuring items are protected during transit.
  • Verify shipment accuracy by auditing and checking packing slips.
  • Monitor expiration dates of shelf-life materials.
  • Track inventory levels of packing and shipping materials.
  • Prepare and ship replenishment shipments to the European distribution center.
  • Book shipments online with carriers.
  • Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, stretch wrap machines, and forklifts.
  • Identify and resolve inventory issues.
  • Maintain a safe and orderly work environment.
  • Show initiative and teamwork to expedite material processing from receiving to delivery.
  • Uphold company values of Integrity, Innovation, Accountability, and Teamwork.
  • Adhere to the Company’s Code of Ethics and Conduct.
  • Report quality problems or defects for corrective action.
  • Perform other duties as assigned to meet business needs.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma, GED, or relevant experience.
  • At least 1 year of related experience in receiving, warehouse, cycle counting, picking, packing, and shipping.
  • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to build productive working relationships.
  • Knowledge of MFG Pro System preferred.
  • Certification to operate a forklift or ability to obtain it.
  • Capability to stand for extended periods, reach, bend, and lift up to 40 lbs.
  • Availability for overtime, including evenings and weekends.
  • Organized, attentive to quality and safety, with basic computer skills (Excel, Word).
