Job summary

SITE Staffing Inc. is seeking a 1st shift Materials Handler in Muskego, WI. The role runs 7am–3:30pm, Monday–Friday, with a pay rate of $18/hour. You will move materials, perform dock and put-away tasks, and support urgent requests to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities include following quality procedures, participating in audits, and assisting with inventory counts. Candidates should be able to lift up to 50 lbs and read/write English proficiently.

Job description

1st Shift - 7am to 3:30pm Monday through Friday

Pay: $18/hour

Primary Responsibilities

• Accurately and timely complete tasks assigned by the management team.
• Complete the material movement activities in accordance with the established unloading, dock, put-away, picking, packing, loading processes to ensure customer expectations for deadlines are met.
• Respond to urgent requests and ensure completion of material movement based on priority.
• Communicate errors to ensure corrective actions are identified and implemented.
• Escalate recurring issues to the management.
• Responsible for participating in quality audits and complying with all established quality procedures.
• Participate in physical inventory counting as assigned.

Experience

1-2 years of material handling equipment experience in at least one of the following: Reach Truck, Order Picker and/or forklift and the ability to be certified on all equipment.
