Job summary

Paycom - ATS is seeking a material handler to safely move materials within the facility, load/unload shipments, and assist with relabeling and repacking orders. The role involves operating forklifts, maintaining inventory accuracy, and supporting the Shipping department as needed.

A high school diploma or GED is required, with forklift experience preferred. The position typically follows a Monday–Friday 9am–6pm schedule, with emphasis on safety and teamwork in a warehouse environment.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate industrial motorized equipment in an enclosed and tight work environment.
• Loading and unloading of van trailers and flatbeds when needed.
• Follow all established safety policies and procedures.
• Stage correct material in warehouse as instructed.
• Removal of trash and regrind to appropriate areas as instructed.
• Cross training in Pack Out area to assist with wrapping and staging of pallets and auditing for accuracy.
• Help with house cleaning in designated areas.
• Relabel and repack orders as instructed by supervisor.
• Other duties as assigned.

## DescriptionThe material handler is responsible for safely and efficiently moving material and products throughout the facility. This includes transporting product throughout the facility, loading and unloading shipments when needed, repacking and relabeling orders, operating forklifts, or other equipment. The ideal candidate should have a strong attention to detail and the ability to work well in a team.
