Material Handler (MTH-02)

Position Summary:

The General Warehouse Associate handles picking, scanning, labeling, moving, staging, replenishing, and stacking products. They inspect products, report damages, and operate equipment safely and efficiently, performing all assigned duties.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Picking Responsibilities: Use pallet jacks to fulfill client orders accurately, stage products, and label as per SOPs.
• Quality Control: Verify products and orders meet quality standards, report damages or discrepancies, and handle packaging and labeling.
• Safety and Compliance: Follow safety protocols, maintain cleanliness, and adhere to SOPs and OSHA standards.
• Equipment Operation: Operate and maintain equipment like pallet jacks safely, report issues, and assist in maintenance tasks.
• Other Duties: Perform additional tasks as assigned, including overtime.

Minimum Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED
• Ability to work in unregulated warehouse temperatures

Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities:

• English proficiency
• Basic math skills for inventory and order verification
• Attention to detail, ability to work independently, adapt to change

Preferred Qualifications:

• 6 months warehouse/logistics experience
• Current or prior MHE certification

Physical Demands:

Handling, sitting, bending, walking, standing, lifting 21-50 lbs, reaching, kneeling.

Work Environment:

Low to moderate noise, minimal chemical exposure, temperature variations.
