Material Handler – Shipping/Receiving & Paint

Shift: 1st Shift

Starting Pay: $21.00/hour

Job Summary:

We are seeking a reliable, safety-conscious Material Handler to support our Shipping/Receiving and Paint departments. This hands-on position requires forklift operation, material movement, and use of barcode scanning systems. The ideal candidate is a self-motivated team player with a strong work ethic, capable of working in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Operate forklift safely and obtain/maintain forklift certification.
2. Handle incoming and outgoing shipments, parts, racks, and materials.
3. Support material movement for the Paint department.
4. Learn and use barcode scanning systems efficiently.
5. Track parts using part numbers, status tags, and rack organization.
6. Work effectively in various weather conditions.
7. Collaborate with team members and maintain a clean, organized workspace.
8. Follow safety protocols and company procedures.
9. Work overtime as needed to meet production and shipping schedules.

Requirements:

1. Basic computer knowledge.

3. Able to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
