Armstrong World Industries is seeking reliable Material Handlers & Industrial Cleaning Technicians for the 1st (7am-3pm) and 2nd (3pm-11pm) shifts in Newark, Ohio. You will work in a manufacturing setting, ensuring safety, quality and productivity while integrating into a team that values collaboration and reliability.

Qualifications

• Language proficiency to read & write in English.
• Be reliable and punctual, and able to work flexible day time hours, including overtime and some weekends.
• Able to follow work instructions, willingness to learn and be part of a winning team.

Responsibilities

• Work safely in a manufacturing environment and adhere to OSHA safety standards.
• Contribute to product quality and output improvements.
• Participate in teamwork, meet goals and focus on customer satisfaction.
• Perform heavy duty tasks including removing and stacking finished boards, assembly and packaging.
• Attend training programs including forklift driver certification.
• Maintain good housekeeping and 5S standards.
