Salary: $20.00/hr

Job Description

Requirements:

• Material handling experience in a warehouse environment
• Good communication skills
• Working knowledge of Windows-based operating systems and software
• Knowledge of industrial cutting tools and MRO materials
• Ability to learn various computer software
• Ability to operate a forklift or pallet jack
• Shipping and Receiving experience
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

A typical day may include:

• Pulling, packaging, and loading material
• Preparing shipping documents
• Accounting for all incoming and outgoing materials
• Communicating with lead or supervisor to resolve discrepancies
• Completing reports for daily cycle counts
• Inventory management and data entry into ERP systems
• Filling special requests
• Other duties as assigned

Physical demands:

• 80% walking/standing
• 20% sitting
• Frequent lifting up to 50 lbs, occasional team/mechanical lifting up to 70 lbs
• Occasional pushing and pulling (approximately 10 lbs of force)
