POSITION SUMMARY
U.S. AutoForce, a division of U.S. Venture, Inc., brings together more than 100 years of experience as an industry leader in the distribution of tires, undercar parts, and lubricants to independent tire retailers, auto repair shops, and automotive dealerships.
Schedule
Monday - Friday from 10:00pm - 6:30am + rotating Saturdays. Overtime as needed. Schedules are subject to change based on business needs.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Load, unload, and stock tires and auto parts in a fast-paced warehouse environment using industrial vehicles such as a forklift or picker equipment.
- Stay physically active doing hands-on work. Expect to lift up to 80 lbs. Work at heights up to 25 feet on stock racks.
- Be on the move. Work on your feet for extended periods and work overtime as needed.
- Contribute to a culture of safety by adhering to all safety policies and operating procedures.

Physical Demands and Work Environment
- Physical demands: Frequent standing, walking, sitting, handling objects, reaching, climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, crawling, talking, hearing, tasting, and smelling. Occasionally lifting products up to 80 lbs, including tires over 70 lbs. Vision requirements include close, distance, color, peripheral, and depth perception.
- Protective equipment required: Steel or composite toe boots, safety vest, harness, seatbelt, SRL. All equipment provided except for boots.
- Work environment: Exposure to weather conditions, moderate noise levels, and fumes from tires, car parts, and lubricants.
QUALIFICATIONS
- At least 1 year of relevant work experience.
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Ability to work accurately with lengthy part numbers and maintain scanning accuracy.
- Ability to follow directions and safe operating procedures.
- Neat, organized, and capable of lifting up to 80 lbs.
- Comfortable working at heights of 25 feet and on feet for long periods.
- Willing to work overtime.
- Basic computer and RF scanner experience.
- Pass a pre-employment drug test (excluding THC/marijuana).
