What’s a typical day as Material Handler? You’ll be:
  • Operating warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, forklifts, and push carts
  • Receiving and storing incoming materials according to warehouse management system processes
  • Selecting, packing, and palletizing shipments for delivery
  • Sorting and packing less-than-truckload shipments and conducting cycle counts
  • Maintaining a clean warehouse by following all safety procedures and performing daily safety inspections
  • Reporting to warehouse supervisors and working as part of a collaborative team
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
  • Are at least 18 years old (required)
  • Have no fear of heights and can perform physical tasks such as lifting, cutting wire, climbing ladders, and moving continuously in various temperatures
  • Can pass pre-employment physical testing
  • Demonstrate good attendance and a strong work ethic
  • Have 2+ years of warehouse experience (preferred)
  • Are experienced with large warehouse operations and warehouse management systems (preferred)
