Kelly Services in Aurora, CO is hiring a Material Handler for a premier distribution center. You will perform cycle counts, resolve inventory discrepancies, restock, pick, pack, and ship customer orders using RF scanners. Prioritize accuracy and safety in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires a High School Diploma or GED, ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and teamwork. Shifts are 1st and 2nd (6:00 AM–2:30 PM and 3:00 PM–11:30 PM) with competitive pay and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Warehouse/logistics experience preferred.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.
• RF scanners and basic computer skills helpful.

Responsibilities

• Perform cycle counts and inventory audits to ensure accuracy.
• Research and resolve inventory discrepancies.
• Support restocking, re-boxing, labeling and packaging of products.
• Pick, pack, stage and ship customer orders accurately.
• Verify products, quantities and destinations prior to shipment.
• Operate pallet jacks, forklifts and other material handling equipment.
• Maintain clean, organized work areas per 5S standards.
• Follow safety policies and PPE requirements.
• Participate in safety meetings and warehouse housekeeping.

Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation: $18.50

Shift: 1st and 2nd shift

1st 6AM-230PM, 2ND 3pm-1130pm

What’s a typical day as a Material HandlerYou’ll be:

• Performing cycle counts and inventory audits to ensure inventory accuracy.
  
• Researching and resolving inventory discrepancies.
  
• Supporting physical inventory activities, restocking, re-boxing, banding, wrapping, and labeling products.
  
• Picking, packing, staging, and shipping customer orders accurately.
  
• Verifying products, quantities, and destinations prior to shipment.
  
• Operating pallet jacks, forklifts, and other approved material handling equipment.
  
• Maintaining clean, organized work areas in accordance with 5S standards.
  
• Following all company safety policies, OSHA requirements, and using required PPE.
  
• Participating in safety meetings and supporting warehouse housekeeping activities.

• Bring previous experience in warehouse, logistics, distribution, or manufacturing environments (preferred).
  
• Can operate RF scanners and basic computer systems.
  
• Demonstrate strong attention to detail and commitment to inventory accuracy.
  
• Are able to read and follow work instructions, shipping documents, and inventory reports.
  
• Can lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 pounds regularly and are comfortable standing, walking, bending, and reaching throughout the shift.
  
• Work well independently and as part of a team.
  
• Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), SAP, or similar systems is a plus.
