Job summary

Aerotek is hiring Warehouse Associates for an immediate contract-to-hire opening in Spokane Valley, WA. You will pull and fill orders, move inventory, and operate forklifts while supporting shipping, receiving, and order fulfillment activities.

The role emphasizes reliable attendance, physical stamina, and a willingness to learn new skills in a fully onsite environment. Weekly pay and comprehensive benefits are available to eligible employees.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of warehouse, manufacturing, or general labor experience.

• Pull and fill customer orders by selecting, cutting, and bundling materials to specifications.
• Load, unload, sort, and organize inventory throughout the warehouse and distribution areas.
• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment to move materials safely.
• Track inventory and assist with shipping, receiving, and order fulfillment activities.
• Maintain a clean work area while supporting daily warehouse and production operations.

Requirements

• Experience with material handling, inventory, or order picking preferred.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Spokane Valley, WA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.55 - $20.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
