Responsibilities

• Receiving & Unloading: Unload shipments, inspect packages for damage, verify counts against packing slips, enter data into ERP/WMS.
• Material Movement: Transport raw materials, components, and finished goods between storage, docks, and production lines.
• Picking & Packing: Accurately pick orders, stage materials for shipping or assembly, and securely pack items.
• Inventory Control: Conduct cycle counts, update ERP/WMS records, report stock discrepancies.
• Organization & Safety: Maintain clean, organized, and safe environment; follow safety protocols and OSHA standards.

Job description

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Material Handler to join our warehouse and production team. In this role, you will be responsible for receiving, storing, moving, and shipping materials, equipment, and finished goods throughout our facility. You will ensure inventory accuracy and play a key role in keeping production and logistics running smoothly and safely.

salary: $20 - $22 per hour

shift: First

work hours: 7 AM - 4 PM

education: No Degree Required

Responsibilities

• Receiving & Unloading: Unload incoming shipments, inspect packages for damage, verify item counts against packing slips, and enter receiving data into the system.
• Material Movement: Transport raw materials, components, and finished goods between storage areas, loading docks, and production lines using forklifts, pallet jacks, or hand trucks.
• Picking & Packing: Accurate picking of orders, staging materials for shipping or assembly, and securely packing items according to shipping guidelines.
• Inventory Control: Conduct routine cycle counts, update ERP/Warehouse Management System (WMS) records, and report stock discrepancies or damaged goods.
• Organization & Safety: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment; adhere strictly to company safety protocols and OSHA standards.
