Job summary

Weir Group in Salt Lake City, UT is seeking a Team Member - Material Handler to load/unload trucks, stage parts, and support inventory accuracy in a fast-paced manufacturing warehouse.

This onsite, full-time role offers overtime, a safety-first culture, and benefits including health/dental/vision, a 401(k) match, and paid time off. You will operate forklifts, use SAP or similar systems, and help keep shipments on schedule.

Qualifications

  • Forklift and powered industrial truck operation experience required.
  • Strong time management and communication skills.
  • Experience with SAP or similar inventory management systems preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Load and unload trucks inside and outside using pallet jacks, forklifts, and a small overhead crane.
  • Locate and pull parts to fill production and service orders, assist with loading/unloading.
  • Perform inventory cycle counts and stock checks to maintain accurate records.
  • Maintain safety-focused communication and follow all safety protocols.
  • Complete paperwork and data entry for receiving and material handling procedures.
  • Demonstrate a strong safety mindset as part of a zero-harm culture.
