Job summary

MCC is seeking a Material Handler to join our Wisconsin facility. The role supports production by safely moving materials, reading tickets, and coordinating with departments to maximize throughput.

You will document activities, enter data in systems, and ensure proper labeling and disposal procedures. The position requires forklift certification, high school diploma, basic math and computer skills, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Forklift certification and material handling experience are required.
• Basic math, reading, and computer skills are required.
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities are important.
• Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs regularly.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate forklifts and other material-moving equipment to transport products and supplies.
• Read and interpret job tickets and layouts to ensure correct materials are delivered to production.
• Execute production schedules accurately and promptly to maximize throughput.
• Coordinate workflow with associates across departments to maintain efficiency.
• Accurately complete required documentation for job tracking, payroll, and inventory control.
• Enter data into systems to support production and shipping accuracy.
• Label and identify waste containers and maintain disposal procedures.
• Adhere to safety policies, GMP, HACCP, and BRC standards.
• Support daily housekeeping to sustain a safe warehouse environment.

Responsibilities:

Material Handling & Workflow

• Support daily housekeeping efforts to sustain a safe and efficient warehouse.

Qualifications:

• Basic math, reading, and computer skills.
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Ability to stand, walk, lift, and move up to 50 lbs regularly; occasional climbing, stooping, kneeling, or crouching required.
• Vision requirements include close, distance, color, peripheral, depth perception, and focus adjustment.
• Knowledge of inventory control and shipping/receiving processes preferred.

The physical demands require standing, using hands to finger, feel and touch; reach with arms and hands; talk and hear. This position requires frequent walking. Occasionally employee is required to climb or balance, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl. Must be able to regularly lift or move up to 50 pounds. Specific vision requirements are close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
