Job summary

MCC Label is seeking a Material Handler in Missouri to support production workflows and ensure product quality. You will operate material moving equipment, read job tickets, and help maintain safety and cleanliness on the floor.

The role requires forklift experience, basic math and reading skills, and a commitment to GMP-like standards and efficiency in daily operations.

We are currently looking for a Material Handler to join our team.The successful candidate meets safety, production,sustainability,and quality standards. The Material Handler interacts with other departments to achievethe company’score strategies and moves productsto accommodate production.

Responsibilities:

• Reads and understands Job Tickets and layoutstoproduce the correct productofthe highest quality.


• Understands and executes planschedulesin an accurate and prompt manner to effectively maximize throughput.


• Works closely with all Associates to coordinate the workflow.


• Performance metrics must be at the average or greater for thisposition.


• Completes required documentation in an accurateand prompt manner.


• Safely operates material moving equipment.


• Assistsinmaintainingequipment foroptimaloperation, including adjustments.Assistswithpreventative maintenance.


• Correctly entersinformation intosystems for job tracking and payroll.


• Disposesofwaste materials into proper storage containers. Mark andidentifycontainers with required documentation.


• Complieswithestablished facility safety policies and procedures and other regulations (IE: GMP, HAACP, BRC) as applicable.


• Interactsand behaves professionally. Treats all associates respectfully and professionally whilemaintainingthe companycode of ethics.


• Responsible for maintainingdaily housekeeping efforts.


• Other duties as assigned.
