Job summary

MCC, a global leader in premium labels, is seeking a Material Handler in our production facility. You will read job tickets, execute production schedules, and coordinate with teams to maintain throughput while meeting safety and quality standards.

Key responsibilities include operating material handling equipment, recording data in systems, and assisting with maintenance and housekeeping. This role requires safety awareness and a collaborative approach.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to operate material handling equipment; forklift experience preferred.
• Basic math and reading skills needed.
• Computer literacy and familiarity with workplace software.
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Physical demands include standing, walking, and lifting up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Reads and understands job tickets and layouts to produce high quality products.
• Plans schedules accurately to maximize throughput.
• Coordinates workflow with associates across departments.
• Meets or exceeds performance metrics for the position.
• Completes required documentation promptly and accurately.
• Safely operates material handling equipment.
• Assists with equipment maintenance and basic preventative tasks.
• Enters information into systems for job tracking and payroll.
• Disposes waste materials properly and labels containers with documentation.
• Follows GMP, HAACP, and BRC policies and maintains safety.
• Keeps daily housekeeping and participates in special projects as needed.

Responsibilities:

• Reads and understands Job Tickets and layoutstoproduce the correct productofthe highest quality.
• Understands and executes planschedulesinan accurateand prompt manner to effectively maximize throughput.
• Works closely with all Associates to coordinate the workflow.
