Warehouse Associate - Marlboro, MA

Westaff is seeking an experienced Warehouse Associate in the Marlboro, MA area for an immediate start!

Shift: 1st shift, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm, Monday - Friday

Pay Rate: $20 - $22 per hour, depending on experience

Job Responsibilities:

1. Manage order pulling by selecting customer orders from warehouse shelves, ensuring accuracy based on item number, serial numbers, size, and quantity.
2. Receive warehouse orders, inspect received items, match deliveries to purchase orders, and log received items into the warehouse management system.
3. Handle shipment and receipt of products, materials, and supplies via UPS, FedEx, and other freight companies. Inspect products for defects and damages. Record received products into the ERP system to maintain inventory accuracy.

Qualifications:

• 2 to 5 years of related experience and/or training.
• Knowledge of international shipping/export procedures is highly preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years' experience operating warehouse equipment such as forklifts.
