Job Description:

1. Ability to work across business areas and interface at all levels of the organization.
2. Perform physical and administrative tasks related to receiving, shipping, storing, and distributing orders/materials for supplies and equipment.
3. Perform administrative tasks in multiple ERP systems to support business operations.
4. Pack products for shipment to customers and produce documentation required for export compliance.
5. Responsible for receiving production, expense, RMA (Returned Material), and virtual items.
6. Conduct cycle counts, weekly bin audits, and inventory root cause analysis.
7. Participate in cross-functional teams focused on efficiency, cost reduction, inventory reduction, inventory turns, and quality.
8. Transact shipping, receiving, and export compliance actions in multiple computer systems.
9. Evaluate problems and make initial recommendations for corrective actions to the manager.

Other projects, duties, or cross-training responsibilities as assigned.

Requirements/Qualifications:

1. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interface with cross-functional team members.
2. 5+ years of industry experience in warehousing, shipping, receiving, or distribution.
3. Experience with international freight forwarding shipping, familiarity with export regulations, and Dangerous Goods certification or willingness to obtain it.
4. Self-starter requiring minimal supervision, works well with teammates and internal customers, with a results-oriented mindset and proven success track record.
5. Experience with ERP systems and Agile methodology.
6. Proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel, and MS Outlook.
7. Knowledge of ESD material guidelines.
8. Ability to work under pressure and meet daily deadlines.
9. Must possess or be able to obtain (at company's expense) a Secret level clearance.
10. HS Diploma or equivalent experience.
11. US Citizenship or Permanent US Residency required.
