Responsibilities:

  • Primary trainer responsible for onboarding associates in all core warehouse processes including but not limited to: Picking and packing for OPEX, LUM, Food Town, Coolers and Bulk; Induction; SWOG; QC Stations; Dock processes (strapping, direct trailer loading) Receiving, Put Away, Replens, Cycle Counts and Returns

  • Support with LMS and DPMO improvements/coaching

  • DC cross-training opportunities

  • Employee requested training

  • Designated onsite Crown Equipment Trainer

  • Other tasks as assigned by the Continuous Improvement Team Lead, the Supervisor and Sr. Ops Manager

Minimum Requirement:

  • Typically requires 3+ years of related experience

$17.79 - $29.65
