Job summary

Adecco US, Inc. in California is hiring a Production / Material Handler to move materials, stock production lines, and help maintain accurate inventory. You will transport raw materials, load/unload goods, and prepare products for distribution while upholding safety and quality standards.

The role requires basic math, attention to detail, and the ability to follow written and verbal instructions. Forklift certification is preferred, and the ability to obtain it may be required.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Previous experience in manufacturing, production, warehouse, or material handling environments preferred.
  • Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
  • Basic math, counting, and inventory tracking skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
  • Forklift certification preferred or ability to obtain certification as required.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

Responsibilities

  • Supply production lines with materials and components to support manufacturing operations.

  • Monitor inventory levels and notify supervisors of material shortages.
  • Perform routine quality inspections to identify damaged or defective products.
  • Maintain accurate records of materials received, moved, and shipped.
  • Assist with inventory counts, cycle counts, and warehouse organization.
  • Follow production schedules and meet daily productivity goals.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area in accordance with safety and housekeeping standards.
  • Adhere to all company policies, safety procedures, and quality requirements.

Position Summary

  • Ability to perform repetitive tasks and maintain productivity standards.

Compensation

Compensation is commensurate with experience and qualifications.

Pay Details: $17.00 per hour
