Job summary

CoWorx Staffing Services in Manchester, NH is seeking a Material Handler to support warehouse operations. You will load and unload materials, pick/pack, scan using handheld devices, and help maintain safety and organization.

This role offers 1st shift hours (Mon-Fri 7:00 AM–3:30 PM) and a starting pay of $19.25 per hour. Prior warehouse experience and a high school diploma are preferred, with opportunities to grow within a diverse team.

CoWorx Staffing Services is seeking Material Handler candidates in the Manchester, NH area.

Location: Manchester, New Hampshire

Responsibilities

• Load and unload materials within warehouse and storage facilities while following established material handling and safety procedures.
• Perform warehouse duties including picking, packing, scanning, kitting, sorting, and counting products to support order fulfillment and inventory accuracy.
• Adhere to the 7S program and maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
• Use barcode scanners and warehouse management systems (WMS) to accurately track inventory movements and process transactions.
• Work safely and responsibly to protect yourself, your team members, and company assets while following all company safety policies and procedures.

Desired Background/Skills

• Availability to work a flexible schedule, including overtime as needed to support operational and business requirements.
• Minimum of one year of experience in a warehouse environment preferred.
• Experience using handheld scanners for inventory management, order fulfillment, and warehouse transactions.
• Positive attitude with the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team to achieve departmental and organizational goals.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience operating material handling equipment, including forklifts, pallet jacks, or similar warehouse equipment preferred.
• Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods throughout the workday.
• Ability to lift and move objects of various shapes, sizes, and weights safely and efficiently.
• Ability to bend, stoop, squat, twist, push, and pull while performing assigned warehouse duties.
• Ability to use hands and fingers to handle, grasp, and operate tools, equipment, and materials.
• Ability to work effectively in hot and cold warehouse environments with varying temperatures.
