Job summary

Masiello Employment Services is seeking two Material Handlers for a plastics manufacturing client in Winchester, NH. This role supports production by supplying materials, moving products with a pallet jack, and handling paperwork in SAP across multiple shifts, including a 3rd shift differential.

Ideal candidates have manufacturing or warehouse experience, can read labels and work instructions, and perform basic math and data entry accurately.

Qualifications

• Manufacturing, warehouse, or material handling experience preferred.
• Ability to read labels and work instructions and verify part numbers and quantities.
• Basic computer skills and ability to enter production information accurately.
• Ability to perform basic math calculations and work as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Keep production machines supplied with materials, containers, and production supplies.
• Move finished products to staging areas using a manual pallet jack.
• Prepare pallets and containers for production and shipment readiness.
• Complete production documentation, enter data into SAP, and print labels.
• Verify labels, quantities, and product information for accuracy.
• Monitor product quality and report defects or production concerns.
• Support housekeeping, scrap collection, and general production activities.
• Work closely with production teams to maintain efficient workflow and meet production goals.

Our plastics manufacturing client in the Winchester, NH area is seeking to hire two Material Handlers. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys staying active, working in a fast-paced production environment, and being an important part of keeping operations running efficiently. Multiple shifts are available, including a shift differential for 3rd shift.

Qualifications

• Manufacturing, warehouse, or material handling experience preferred
• Ability to read labels and work instructions and accurately verify part numbers and quantities
• Basic computer skills and ability to enter production information accurately
• Ability to perform basic math calculations
• Strong communication skills and ability to work as part of a team
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, lift materials, and push or pull a manual pallet jack throughout the shift

Benefits

• $19.00/hour starting pay
• Additional $2.00/hour shift differential for 3rd shift
• 1st Shift: Monday-Friday, 6:00 AM-2:30 PM
• 3rd Shift: Sunday-Thursday, 10:00 PM-6:30 AM
