Job summary

CoWorx Staffing Services in Manchester, NH is seeking a Material Handler to support warehouse operations. You will load and unload materials, pick/pack, scan using handheld devices, and help maintain safety and organization.

This role offers 1st shift hours (Mon-Fri 7:00 AM–3:30 PM) and a starting pay of $19.25 per hour. Prior warehouse experience and a high school diploma are preferred, with opportunities to grow within a diverse team.

Qualifications

• Flexible schedule and overtime availability.
• Minimum 1 year of warehouse experience preferred.
• Experience using handheld scanners for inventory and orders.
• Positive, collaborative team player.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience operating material handling equipment preferred (forklifts, pallet jacks).
• Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift/move items safely.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload materials following safety procedures.
• Perform picking, packing, scanning, kitting, sorting, and counting for orders.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment under the 7S program.
• Use barcode scanners and WMS to track inventory movements and transactions.
• Follow all safety policies to protect personnel and assets.
