Job summary

Advantage Technical in Devens, MA is seeking a Warehouse Material Handler to join a fast-paced distribution team. You will receive and unload shipments, verify quantities, pick and pack orders, and help with loading outbound shipments. Experience with forklifts and inventory control is preferred.

We value safety and accuracy, with a schedule Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM, and a pay rate of $21.00-$22.00 per hour. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401(k), and commuter accounts.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience in warehouse/distribution preferred.
• Forklift experience preferred; OSHA Forklift and HAZMAT certifications are a plus.
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs. safely and perform repetitive physical tasks.
• Strong attention to detail, reliability, and commitment to workplace safety.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Receive and unload incoming shipments, verify quantities, and inspect products for damage.
• Pick, pack, label, wrap, and palletize customer orders accurately.
• Load outbound shipments and ensure products are correctly staged for delivery.
• Operate material handling equipment, including forklifts, pallet jacks, and order pickers.
• Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts, stock rotation, and inventory transactions.
• Assist with repacking, shrink wrapping, pallet sorting, warehouse organization, and general housekeeping.
• Follow all company safety procedures and OSHA guidelines.
• Support additional warehouse and distribution tasks as assigned.
