THE IMPACT YOU CAN HAVE:

As a key contributor to our Distribution Center's productivity, you will be responsible for shipping, receiving, stocking, and fulfilling product orders. With over 300,000 square feet of space and thousands of products moving daily, this role offers an opportunity to enhance our top-performing location, increasing accuracy, speed, and support for our stores and E-Commerce operations. Tasks are primarily performed using an RF scanner.

You will achieve these goals by:

1. Accurately picking and packing orders following established procedures.
2. Restocking picking bins with products from reserve storage.
3. Sorting, counting, and receiving all merchandise accurately.
4. Safely moving products with powered equipment such as forklifts, order selectors, and pallet jacks (certification provided).
5. Working with conveyors to build pallets for shipment.
6. Loading and unloading trucks.
7. Organizing warehouse storage efficiently.
8. Using scanners to direct tasks like picking, packing, and receiving.
9. Handling, reaching, and listening for safety cues during operations.
10. Lifting boxes, products, or equipment weighing up to 50 pounds repeatedly.
11. Performing physical tasks such as lifting, bending, standing, walking, kneeling, crouching, crawling, and stair climbing during shifts.
12. Maintaining visual acuity for warehouse functions.
13. Working overtime as needed based on business demands.
14. Following instructions accurately and safely.
15. Working effectively within a team environment.
16. Communicating clearly in English, both written and oral, and interpreting safety and operational documents.
17. Demonstrating flexibility in daily tasks.

THE ESSENTIALS FOR SUCCESS:

Qualified candidates are self-motivated, at least 18 years old, and capable of completing training and certification in their assigned area. Additional requirements include:

• Strong math skills for accurate calculations.
• A high school diploma or GED, with 1+ year of related experience or equivalent education and experience (preferred but not required).
• Knowledge of RF scanners and basic computer skills (preferred).

Physical and Environmental Conditions:

• Constant exposure to loud noises.
• Occasional work at heights.
• Exposure to variable temperatures and dusty environments.
• Potential exposure to strong scents from cosmetics or fragrances.
• May need to work in narrow aisles or trailers.
