Johnson & Johnson’s warehouse team is seeking a Material Handler in Coppell, TX. This on-site role runs 10 a.m.–6 p.m. with an hourly pay of $18, and onboarding begins with two days of orientation in Irving, TX. We value hands-on workers who can learn quickly and contribute to reliable deliveries.

You will pick, receive, label, and ship goods, operate equipment, and help maintain accurate inventory records while upholding strong safety practices. Training is available for certification.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in material handling, picking, packing, or shipping preferred.
• Willingness to be trained on powered equipment; certification a plus.

Responsibilities

• Accurately pick finished goods from ship lists.
• Receive, unpack, verify, label, and distribute incoming goods.
• Operate material handling equipment; training available.
• Collaborate with shipping for prompt deliveries.
• Prepare products for outbound shipments; assist with inventory.
• Maintain records for inventory and deliveries.
• Monitor stock levels and report needs or delays.
• Observe safety practices in warehouse.
• Navigate racks and lift inventory as needed.

Material Handler – Warehouse | $18/hr | Full-Time | On-Site (10 a.m.–6 p.m.) | Location: Coppell, TX

What You’ll Do:

• Accurately pick finished goods from warehouse sales order ship lists.
• Receive, unpack, verify, label, and distribute incoming goods.
• Operate material handling equipment (dollies, pallet jacks, forklifts, cherry pickers). Certification is a plus—if you’re motivated, we’ll train you!
• Collaborate with shipping teams to ensure prompt, accurate deliveries.
• Prepare products for outbound shipments; assist with inventory and cycle counts.
• Keep detailed, accurate records for inventory and pending deliveries.
• Monitor stock levels, and report supply needs or delays.
• Maintain strong safety practices and careful material handling.
• Physically navigate warehouse racks and lift inventory as needed.

You Bring:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in material handling, picking, packing, or shipping (preferred).
• Experience with powered industrial vehicles/equipment a plus, but eager learners are encouraged to apply!
• Ability to work independently, follow safety protocols, and communicate well.
• Dependable, physically capable, and a positive, can‑do attitude.

• Full-time, on-site (10 a.m.–6 p.m.), $18/hour.
