Job summary

Johnson & Johnson's Coppell, TX warehouse is seeking a reliable Material Handler to perform picking, receiving and shipping support on a day shift.

You will operate standard warehouse equipment as trained, maintain accurate records, and help with cycle counts while following safety practices.

Strong candidates bring a high school diploma and warehousing experience; onboarding includes orientation and on-site training.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in material handling, picking, packing or shipping preferred.
• Experience with powered industrial vehicles/equipment is a plus, but eager learners are welcome.
• Ability to work independently, follow safety protocols and communicate well.
• Dependable, physically capable and positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Accurately pick finished goods from warehouse sales order ship lists.
• Receive, unpack, verify, label, and distribute incoming goods.
• Operate material handling equipment (dollies, pallet jacks, forklifts, cherry pickers). Certification is a plus—if you’re motivated, we’ll train you!
• Collaborate with shipping teams to ensure prompt, accurate deliveries.
• Prepare products for outbound shipments; assist with inventory and cycle counts.
• Keep detailed, accurate records for inventory and pending deliveries.
• Monitor stock levels, and report supply needs or delays.
• Maintain strong safety practices and careful material handling.
• Physically navigate warehouse racks and lift inventory as needed.

Job Details:

• Full-time, on-site (10 a.m.–6 p.m.), $18/hour.
• Onboarding starts with a 2-day orientation in Irving, TX; initial on-site training may occur before orientation.
• Urgent need—candidates who can start and adapt quickly preferred!
