Job description and primary responsibilities

• Assembles mattresses using established work instructions
• Reviews daily production schedule and supplies assigned Department operators with components and materials
• Places various materials and components in designated areas and/or workstations
• Completes any necessary paperwork or production related documentation in an accurate and timely manner
• Performs basic pneumatic maintenance
• Cross trains on various pneumatic tools and operates machines or other equipment as assigned, as well as other material handling departments
• Monitors stock levels and adjusts as needed to work within quality, quantity and minimal scrap standards
• Organizes and/or stocks raw materials in the work area and follows departmental housekeeping requirement
• Performs all duties according to established safety and efficiency procedures and maintains workstation in a neat, clean and orderly fashion
• Assure down time elimination or production areas
• Performs all duties according to established safety and efficiency procedures and maintains workstation in a neat, clean, and orderly manner
• Performs all other duties as assigned by management

• Must be at least 18 years of age
