Qualifications

• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must be able to stand and walk for a minimum of 8 hours per day.
• Must be able to lift heavy product or raw materials up to 120 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Assembles mattresses using established work instructions.
• Reviews daily production schedule and supplies assigned operators.
• Monitors stock levels and adjusts as needed.
• Performs all duties according to established safety procedures.

Skills

Good communication and organizational skills

Able to use a tow motor or similar material handling devices

Work experience with pneumatic tools and/or in a manufacturing environment

Ability to read, write, and speak fluent English

Bilingual Spanish
