This position is responsible for providing clerical assistance and communicating with the appropriate party for receiving, preparing, and shipping parts and documentation. Additionally, this role provides general administrative support to Supervisors and performs other duties as assigned by Management.

Must be tactful, mature, flexible, able to handle work pressures, proficient with computers, MS Office, and report design.
High school diploma or G.E.D., or 1-3 months related experience, or equivalent education and experience. Experience with heavy machinery (crane, forklift) is preferred. ISO and SAP experience is a plus.
