Job summary

U.S. Lumber, an SBP brand, is seeking a 1st Shift Material Handler at our Bellwood, PA facility. Responsibilities include loading, unloading, sorting, staging, transporting and handling products moving in and out of the warehouse.

Starting pay rate is $18/hour with a 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, Monday–Friday schedule. The role requires operating forklifts, banding and wrapping, and maintaining a clean, organized workspace with strict safety adherence.

Qualifications

• Operate forklift and other machinery safely.
• Band, wrap, tape products as needed.
• Maintain an organized work area and be detail-oriented.
• Read tickets, SKUs, UPC labels and reports accurately.
• Follow all safety procedures and work in a team.
• Be able to bend, stoop, reach, twist, squat, push, pull and lift to 50 lbs.
• Respond to directions from supervisors and alarms from other forklift drivers.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload products in the warehouse.
• Sort, stage, transport and handle materials as they move in and out.
• Operate equipment and ensure proper safety practices.
• Maintain accurate handling of product movement and documentation.

U.S. Lumber, an SBP brand is currently looking for a 1st Shift Material Handler to join our Bellwood, PA facility. The majority of duties at this facility is protected from elements, under cover, or in enclosures. In this role you will be responsible for loading, unloading, sorting, staging, transporting and otherwise handling products that come into and move out of the warehouse.

Starting Pay Rate is $18/hour.

7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, Monday - Friday,

Qualifications – A qualified candidate will:

• Safely operate forklift and other machinery
• Band, wrap, tape product
• Maintain work area and be organized
• Responding to public address system announcements, directions from supervisors and managers, warning alarms from other forklift drivers
• Walking and carrying merchandise
• Great attention to detail and accuracy - be able to stand and work on your feet throughout shift as normal routine
• Identify and read tickets, SKU’s, UPC labels and reports
• Follow all safety procedures
• Work in a team environment
• Be able to bend, stoop, reach, twist, squat, push, pull, move, and lift to 50lbs
• Other duties may be assigned
