Job summary

Flowserve is seeking dependable individuals to support manufacturing operations in Addison, IL. This hands‑on role assists with material movement, assembly, CNC machining, and shipping/receiving in a fast‑paced industrial environment.

You will move materials to supply production lines, assist multiple teams, track inventory, and operate material‑handling equipment, with 2nd shift and 1st shift training for the first ~2 weeks. Overtime may be required.

Qualifications

• Previous manufacturing, warehouse, or industrial experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/move for the duration of the shift.
• Good English communication skills (verbal and written).
• Dependable, safety-minded, and willing to work overtime when needed.

Pay Rate: Starting at $22.50/hr

Shift: 2nd Shift (2:00 PM – 11:00 PM) | 1st Shift training for first ~2 weeks

Hours: 40 hrs/week + Overtime as needed
