Job summary

Kelly Services is hiring for an Assembly / Shop Help position in Addison, IL. The role supports daily shop floor operations, requiring safety-minded, reliable, and team-oriented candidates. Initial 1st shift training (~2 weeks) followed by 2nd shift (2PM–11PM).

Starting pay is $22.50/hr+ DOE, with potential overtime. Responsibilities include assembling, inspecting, packaging, and preparing products, using basic tools, and adhering to procedures and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Previous manufacturing, production, warehouse, or assembly experience preferred.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Capable of repetitive bending, lifting, reaching, and standing for extended periods.
• Able to follow verbal and written work instructions and safety procedures.
• Must speak and write English effectively.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.
