Job summary

DwyerOmega in Wolcott, IN is seeking a Material Handler I to support production by ensuring materials flow to the right work areas at the right time and in the right quantity. You will perform routine line-side replenishment and assist with inventory accuracy.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Basic computer skills and ability to learn required plant systems.
• Strong attention to detail, organization and dependability.
• Ability to learn and follow standard work and inventory-control procedures.

Responsibilities

• Line-Side Replenishment & Material Flow: perform scheduled replenishment to designated work cells and point-of-use locations.
• Deliver the right material, quantity, and container to production areas on time.
• Move raw materials, components, WIP, and finished goods safely throughout the plant.
• Monitor point-of-use inventory and respond to replenishment signals and production needs.
• Maintain orderly material presentation for easy access by operators.
• Follow established routes, delivery frequencies, and standard work for assigned areas.
• Return containers and materials to designated locations and prevent accumulation.
