Job summary

Pallet in Wolcott, IN is seeking a Material Handler I to ensure materials flow to the correct work areas and at the right time. You will perform routine replenishment, move materials, and support inventory accuracy, contributing to safe and efficient production.

Responsibilities include following standard work, coordinating with Materials, Warehouse and Operations to meet production needs, and ensuring timely delivery of parts and pallets to lines.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills required.
• Effective communication and dependability in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Line-Side Replenishment & Material Flow: replenish to work cells and point-of-use locations.
• Deliver correct materials to production areas on time.
• Move raw materials, WIP, and finished goods safely through plant.
• Monitor inventory and respond to replenishment signals and production needs.
• Escalate shortages or issues impacting production.
