Job summary

EControls is seeking a Material Handler to support daily logistics and warehouse operations, ensuring safe and efficient movement of materials from loading docks to the production floor. The role requires lifting up to 45 pounds and adherence to safety guidelines.

Responsibilities include loading/unloading, RF scanning, verifying material condition, maintaining inventory accuracy, and effective communication with supervisors and cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience with cycle counts, shipping/receiving, stock control, inventory and recordkeeping.
• Experience with material handling equipment.
• Experience with MRP/ERP systems; JDE is a plus.
• Ability to communicate effectively with leadership and multiple departments.
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Performs loading and unloading of material from carriers, suppliers and company vehicles.
• Uses material handling equipment to move material to and from loading dock, warehouse and production floor safely.
• Verifies material condition prior to movement and reports discrepancies or damage.
• Uses RF scanners to move materials within the facility.
• Reads instructions and executes simple logistics processes.
• Maintains a clean and organized warehouse.
• Adheres to safety guidelines and established performance processes.
• Performs other logistics duties as requested by leadership.
