Job summary

Magna Steyr is seeking a Material Flow / Process Engineer - Logistics in Mesa, AZ. You will design, plan, and implement optimized material flow, packaging, and equipment within Division Mesa to balance regulatory, customer, and production needs.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in automotive logistics or supply chain engineering.
• Experience in packaging planning and material flow optimization.
• Strong knowledge of MTM/time study fundamentals and lean methods.

Responsibilities

• Lead logistics, packaging and equipment initiatives for the Mesa site.
• Develop PFEP-based packaging concepts and evaluate equipment specs.
• Perform capacity/ROI analyses for material handling equipment.
• Support standardization of logistics guidelines and intersite collaboration.
