Job summary

Mach Industries seeks a Lead Material Flow Engineer to design and scale end-to-end material flow across multiple product lines and manufacturing sites. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years in material-flow, manufacturing, logistics, or supply-chain engineering.
• Experience designing end-to-end material-flow across multiple sites.
• Proficiency with layout tools such as AutoCAD.
• Experience with discrete-event simulation tools like FlexSim/AnyLogic/Simio.

Responsibilities

• Lead material-flow strategy across sites from concept to production handoff.
• Build value-stream maps and discrete-event models to test flow and capacity decisions.
• Develop project plans, budgets, risk assessments, and readiness reviews.
• Coordinate with facilities, construction teams, and suppliers to fit the site plan.
• Develop PFEP plans covering full BOM, storage location, replenishment, and delivery routes.
• Define line-side delivery methods and inventory controls to optimize throughput.
